Which Vampire Diaries character are you based on the month you were born?

The characters of The vampire diary are dynamic and varied, with plenty of complex developments and character traits that have defined their arcs over the seasons.

Each character in the series makes their own impression. And unsurprisingly, these impressions can be easily matched with the particular vibes of any month of the year. But which one The vampire diary would be a fan, based on his birthday month?

Updated on January 13, 2022 by Hilary Elizabeth: There are so many memorable characters on The Vampire Diaries that it’s hard to pinpoint twelve major actors who portrayed each month of the year. So even more fan-favorite TVD characters and their corresponding birth months can be discussed.

January – Alaric Saltzman

People born in January are people of strong discipline, morals and family values. They are known to be quite prickly and inscrutable on the outside, but once they bring someone into their inner circle, they are the most loyal.

January is a time for new beginnings, and although it is one of the coldest winter months, it is also a month of transformation. As every character in the series undergoes some kind of transformation, Alaric’s transition from a normal teacher to a vampire hunter who might even pose a threat to Damon and Stefan seems to symbolize the fresh start of the new year.

February – Tyler Lockwood

Those born in February are known to be independent thinkers and they also have a passion for humanity.

While Tyler Lockwood might not look like an artistic humanitarian at first glance, he’s really the only person in the Mystic Falls gang with bigger issues than survival. Tyler freed himself from Klaus’ father bond and he used this freedom to free the other hybrids who had been enslaved.

February – Rebekah Mikaelson

Another one RST the character that apparently represents the month of February well is Rebekah. As everyone knows, February is best known for welcoming Valentine’s Day, the feast of love.

Above all, Rebekah is known for her utter inability to let go of love, no matter how many times she burned her. And just like Bekah, February may seem a little cold and unwelcoming from the outside, but deep down, romance is everything.

March – Bonnie Bennett

March is yet another transitional month in the year, it is right on the edge of winter and brings the season into spring. This seems like a pretty fitting portrayal of Bonnie Bennett, the hero of Mystic Falls.

When things seem hopeless and lifeless in the world, Bonnie’s magic, metaphorically and often literally, brings everything back to life. witches in The vampire diary are known as servants of nature, so it is fitting that a witch symbolizes the revitalization of nature.

April – Klaus Mikaelson

April is when the year really hits its stride, spring has officially begun, and the world seems to be bursting with life.

Klaus may be a literal dead man, but when it comes to the supernatural world of The vampire diary, it is downright revolutionary. Not only does he dream of transforming the world in major ways, but he has created legions of vampires and is even the start of his own kind.

May – Stefan Salvatore

May is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant months of the year. The weather is wonderful, the temperature is just right and there is nothing that stands out from the month for good or ill.

Similar to Stefan, May might be less memorable than some other months of the year, but it’s perfectly pleasant and a nice respite from those other times of the year that seem to revolve around a party or a specific season.

June – Caroline Forbes

There’s a reason Caroline was so obsessed with having a June wedding with Stefan from the start of the series. June is not only considered the perfect wedding month by many couples, but it’s the time when spring turns into summer.

It’s also the time when most schools end their year and students are given the freedom to take vacations, which seems like a pretty fitting metaphor for Caroline’s transition from average girl to exceptional vampire.

June – Lexi Branson

Stefan and Lexi have such a strong friendship that even death can’t separate them for long, so it’s only fitting that they’re placed next to each other on the timeline as well. And Lexi really looks like Stefan’s June to May.

She’s more fun and carefree than Stefan, and she sees the best in her best friend and brings out those wonderful qualities in him. Her happy, unflappable demeanor is total June vibes.

July – Jeremy Gilbert

July is the absolute peak of summer, which has its good and bad qualities. Of course, many people love summer more than any other season, but sometimes the fun that comes with it can get a little too extreme.

July is a time for partying and living in the moment, but if someone gets caught up in that feeling, it can go fast. For example, Jeremy was someone who liked to party and relax, but that wild impulse could get scary pretty quickly.

July – Kol Mikaelson

Another character in The vampire diary which seems well adapted to the month of July is Kol Mikaelson. Unlike the more brooding Jeremy, Kol is an excellent representative of the attitude that comes with July excitement.

Kol is mostly focused on having as much fun as possible and he doesn’t care about the drama that unfolds in Mystic Falls. He’s not too serious and he manages to have fun whatever he’s doing, which is a great attitude for this month.

August – Damon Salvatore

August is when the heat of summer begins to fade into the quiet and somewhat eerie fall, so it seems apt that August babies would be best represented by Damon.

Damon has all the fire and fierceness that comes with summer, but he also has that cool, detached mystery that is such a distinctly autumnal feeling. August often manages to feel like two things at once, which suits the unpredictable Damon Salvatore just fine.

September – Elena Gilbert

September is the real beginning of autumn, marking in a way the beginning of the end of the year. Of course, there are still a few months to go, but fall represents a more calming time.

Elena seems to be the best symbol of September in The vampire diaryas RST is largely her story and it essentially begins when Elena’s more carefree, childlike life is replaced by a deeper, darker era after the loss of her parents, an event that, unsurprisingly, completely changes her.

October – Matt Donovan

There is a certain duality to the fall season, and October in particular. Sure, there’s the spookier, gothier side of the month that revolves around Halloween, but there’s also the sweeter side of fall that’s all about pumpkin spice lattes and pleasant walks. through the changing leaves.

Matt obviously leans into the later aspects of October, as his basic, harmless, yet still enjoyable nature is basically a pumpkin spice latte in human form.

October – Kai Parker

On the other hand, while Matt Donovan is a great avatar for the perfect Pinterest looks of October, Kai is obviously the spooky representative of Halloween this ghostly month. Kai Parker is basically a slasher movie killer, and he loves being the bad guy.

He’s the kind of gruesome villain who would slaughter his entire family on Halloween, then open his house to cheaters and pretend the corpses were all part of an elaborate holiday haunted house.

November – Katherine Pierce

November is a dark and mysterious month that resembles fall and winter. At this point, it’s obvious that the year is coming to an end and many people are ready for it to end. The sun sets earlier and the days and nights are cooler, which often makes people more isolated and alone.

There is no one in The vampire diary who is more isolated and lonely than Katherine Pierce, so November really suits her.

November – Mikael

November is a month that also has a lot of different moods. Yes, it’s cold and a bit spooky, but it’s also home to Thanksgiving and has now become an extension of Christmas, a time when everyone likes to focus on family.

And, even if it’s in the most twisted way possible, there’s no one more family-friendly than Mikael. The Mikaelsons are redefining the term “family dysfunction” and they really have their dad to thank for it.

December – Enzo St. John

December is a unique time of year as it marks the end of things, it’s winter and cold, but it’s also known as “the most wonderful time of the year” by many.

Enzo seems like a great character to embody these conflicting elements. Because yes, he’s a scary, lonely, and dangerous vampire, but despite all the darkness he’s been through, he’s actually a pretty cheerful guy who still has a lot of optimism in life.
